For the Yes Breathworks community.

This monthly online gathering will be a space for artists to connect as a community. Each month will be a different intention geared towards tools to help us tap into our creativity and feeling into the possibility of being infinite.

This community gathering is an inclusive container for all genders, races, social-economic statuses, and careers outside of the arts.

Artist Collective will be a safe container for gathering together, connecting into a loving, grounding place, breathing, and reflecting.

This session will be one hour.

how to prepare

Breathwork is a sacred practice. It is important to honor this experience and yourself.

  • We recommend limiting food and water intake for two hours prior to your session.

  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing.

  • Find a quiet, sacred, comfortable, and private space where you will not be interrupted.

  • Sessions will be conducted online via Zoom; you’ll need to have your camera on and a stable internet connection to guarantee safe breathwork facilitation.

  • Have a blanket nearby.

  • Bring anything to your session that makes you feel comfortable and safe to process deep work, such as a journal and pen, candles, incense, essential oils, bath salts, etc.

  • Yes, taking conscious control of our breath stimulates neurophysiological changes in the Autonomic Nervous System. The Autonomic Nervous System is in constant interaction with the Central Nervous System/Brain. Breathwork strengthens the vagus nerve and increases heart rate variability (a measure used to assess overall nervous system health). The direct result of this is an enhanced mind-body connection. As we use the breath to heal the body and repattern the autonomic nervous system, these changes directly impact the Central Nervous System and brain function.

  • The Pause Breathwork Method is similar to Holotropic. Yes Breathworks intentionally creates the journey's for specific emotional blocks, meaning the sessions are specific to the desired outcome or the intention of the session.

  • Meditative Breathwork is a one hour session. You will be invited to be lying down in a quiet and comfortable space. I will invite you into a conscious breath pattern for over 8 minutes with 5-10 minutes of a grounding introduction before and reflection after. The session is set to music and unqiely crafted for you. Every session will vary, but the body will release what is needed in the practice.
